Atlantic County is a wonderful and supportive place to live and work. I have lived here for the past thirty years and I have found endless enjoyment in the region’s many amenities: we have beautiful beaches, unbeatable entertainment, and excellent restaurants. We are close to the shore, the country, and the suburbs, and we enjoy an easy commute to many major urban centers (Philadelphia, New York, Baltimore, and Washington D.C.). My wife and I have raised four children here, all of whom have chosen to remain in the area. We have three beautiful grandchildren, as well.
Atlantic County boasts an abundance of unique properties that can satisfy the needs of a diverse selection of buyers. I truly believe there’s something here for everyone. I love getting to know my clients and defining exactly what they’re looking for, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help them find the home of their dreams.
My goal for my clients is that they enjoy the same quality of life and sense of joy that my family has for the last thirty years. My hope is that their experience with me is not only productive, but also enjoyable. Seeing my clients happy is my greatest reward for the work that I do.

"Bernie Cohen was always very responsive to all of my questions, promptly returned calls and emails, and was helpful in the negotiating process. He was very patient with my requests to see multiple condos/homes on several visits. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone asking for referral to a realtor at the Jersey Shore."
"Bernie Cohen is very thorough. He returns calls right away and is willing to do [whatever it takes for] the sale [to go] through. He has extensive knowledge of real estate dealings and I would use his services again. I am in the process of listing another property with him now."
